This is one of my favourite hair integration stories. Paul approached me last year after finding the Extensioniser mesh integration system on my website. I was surprised as it had just been launched following a year of development and testing. It hadn’t yet been promoted it at all.
I am always blown away by the ingenuity of people; that you don’t have to be just one thing in life. The goal really is to find your many selves. To take each challenge as an opportunity to grow and learn. I am inspired by the determination of my customers to find a solution; it is a source of constant inspiration.
If you’re reading this, it’s likely that you have some form of hair loss. I understand how this makes you feel. I think I’ve been through just about every emotion with my own hair loss over the years. Boy it can be so tough!!! But however bad it is for you; I guarantee it’s worse for the ones who love you the most.
The more I have spoken to Paul the more I have been amazed. The lengths he has and is prepared to stretch help his wife is heartening. I don’t know why his wife has lost her hair, she is one of the few direct customers I haven’t ever spoken to but, like most women, I know the loss has been devastating to her.
Paul is a successful business man. He doesn’t have a background in hair, yet he is creative, a problem solver and driven to help. So, between running his business, he began to learn about hair extensions. He then took some hair extension courses. He learnt how to colour hair. And then, when his wife’s hair loss progressed, he discovered mesh integration.
I was astonished at his confidence in installing the unit, he needed no direction from me. In fact, he’s been back and ordered bespoke colours and lengths with a clarity and knowledge that I only ever hear from the professional stylists. He’s been kind enough to share some installation images and trust me this is a professional job.
The entire system takes him approximately 4 hours to install. I’ve watched an experienced hair extensionist do this in 2 hours, but they are doing this all day every day! To put this into context usually salons take around 6-7 hours to install traditional mesh integration systems and they use more than one technician. Paul and his wife have complete control with costs and convenience. This is why the hair integration kit was designed so everyone can have the hair they want, how they want it.
